My car was not ready when promised. It was over 4 hours beyond. There was insistence that my car required alignment but the adjustments were so minor it is unlikely that was true. The road side warranty was not included in the disclosed price, adding $124 to the total cost. There was a promise that refund information would be delivered with my electronic invoice - it was not. Just generally poor service, bad attitude and hidden pricing

Tires Plus was a fantastic shop. They were very attentive and helpful. They were able to patch my tire in a difficult location, whereas another store said they were not able to due to the location of the nail. Talking with the employees, they really are well equipped and very knowledgeable about what they are doing. I witnessed it first hand while overhearing a conversation as well. I’m very thankful I went here and would recommend to others. They take great care of you.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, prices are fair for work involved and Always willing to work with my time frame; working for a surgery center I cannot always make it at a scheduled appointment, I call and let someone know I will be a little late. Even if I have to reschedule another day, they are always friendly and accommodating. Its also nice my work is only 20mins away from the Sandy Plains Rd location.

John at the front was extremely helpful! I went in for brakes and he explained everything really clearly to me and suggested a few corrective steps to my issue (he was not pushy at all). John made me feel super comfortable throughout the whole process. Car drives a lot better now and super happy with the results! I will definitely be back if I need something else corrected.
